Our Thoughts

Most of us learned at an early age that we must speak kindly to others. I am certain that many of us would not have to think very long before we could recall a time that a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, teacher, or  caregiver corrected the way that we spoke to a sibling or playmate. I can, indeed, remember telling,  my own children on multiple occassions not to say anything at all if they had nothing positive or nice to say to each other. How often do we apply that to ourselves? Is your mind filled with negative self-talk or positive, kind words?

Romans 12:2 "Let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think."
Proverbs 4:23 "Be careful how you think; your life is shaped by your thoughts."

How are you talking to yourself? What are you thinking about yourself, your world, your success? How are your thoughts helping you reach your goals and dreams? Are your words to yourself positive and uplifting?

Challenge: "Be sweet" to yourself! Cherish and honor YOU, today! "Let God begin to transform you into a new person by changing the way you think." (Romans 12:2) Change how you talk to yourself.

Be ENCOURAGED!

Living in Joy!
